The Bible provides wisdom on managing our emotions. For instance, Galatians 5:22 shows that one of the components of the fruit of the Spirit is “self-control.” Also, Proverbs 16:32 teaches, “Whoever is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.”
This course provides 4 valuable principles to achieve emotional intelligence. It will help leaders understand and manage their emotions, communicate more effectively and navigate social complexities.
Co-Ed Adult course meets weekly on Tuesday evenings, starting September 1st, 6:30PM-8:00pm at Emerge.

EMERGE SMALL GROUPS
FALL SEMESTER
EMERGE INTO FRIENDSHIP!
Church is more than just filling a seat on Sunday. Meaningful friendships only happen when we interact. Spiritual friendships lead to spiritual life! So, we also meet in small groups regularly to get to know one another and learn how to become a strong Christian.
INTERESTED IN JOINING A GROUP?
eKids
We offer ekids (nursery - 5th grade) during both of our Sunday services at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. We offer eKids for children 4 & under on Wednesdays during our 6:30 PM service. Safety is first in our eKids areas! Every child is checked in, and parents are notified in the event that your child is in need. All of our staff and volunteers have proper clearances and background checks.
Ignite Youth
We believe that as teens become adults, they become part of the life of our church, serving on Dream Team and joining Sunday services as attenders. During the week, our teens come together for both large and small group activities to engage about life and faith and to grow in Christian friendships. Our Elevate program is a pathway of courses and small groups designed to assist you in growing in your personal faith and activating your purpose in community. Whether you’re new to faith (101),you’re hungering for more (201), or you’re ready to grow into your calling (301),there’s more for you!
Dream Team
Dream Team is our system for recruiting, training, and supporting Emerge volunteers in serving God and our community. We believe that our church experience is elevated when we invest ourselves into what God is doing here. By learning the value of service, we increase our own value and join the best team on the planet—God’s Dream Team!
