WOMEN EMERGING MINISTRY (WE)
VISION
Jesus is the resurrection and the life. Through His sacrifice of love, He has provided restoration for women to embrace their original identity as His beloved daughters. He is shedding the layers of brokenness, bondage, and despair to reveal women of radiance and light. Likewise, as the daughters of God emerge, they will witness to their families, friends, and the community.
As women emerging into God’s perfect plan, WE respond to the declaration of the Lord according to “Isaiah 60:1 (CSB) “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord shines over you.”
MISSION
Women Emerging Ministry (WE) is the umbrella to support all ministries, events, and activities dedicated to serving the women of Emerge Church and the surrounding community. The primary focus of WE is to promote opportunity for relational growth in Christ and to provide a nurturing environment that fosters Christian sisterhood and fellowship.
Additionally, WE will provide women with Biblically sound teaching and guidance, through Bible study, small groups and events. To that fact, WE Ministry encompasses current and future groups and events including, but not limited to:

RECAP
WE will provide a forum of guidance, organization and support to all current and future women’s groups and their respective facilitators, as well as any related events, along with volunteers who support in every capacity.
WE and its members adhere to the following:

WE will maintain a Biblically sound foundation rooted in prayer, Bible study, worship and fellowship.

WE and its members will maintain alignment with the vision and mission of Emerge Church and will function according to the established protocol and guidelines.

WE will consist of a unified team of leaders who will collaborate to promote the wellness and growth of women who are connected to Emerge Church and the surrounding community.

WE will foster an environment that supports the nurturing and development of Christian sisterhood and fellowship.

WE and its members will provide resources and develop programs wherever possible and as determined necessary to women in the areas of: spiritual growth, mental and emotional health, and physical well-being.
LEADERSHIP
Renatta Brice
Renatta Jones-Brice is a native of Pontiac, Michigan. She is a wife, mother, educator, mental health advocate and ordained evangelist. She is also a published author as well as the founder and director of Just Blessed Enterprises, LLC. Renatta currently holds a Master of Science in Psychology. Additionally, she has completed training in Trauma-Informed Care and Adult Mental Health First Aid. She is also a certified Life Recovery Coach through ADS Life Institute.
In 2007, Renatta began her evangelistic ministry. She has since assisted non-profit organizations and churches in various capacities. To that fact, she worked as caseworker and mental health coach assisting survivors of human trafficking through her affiliation with a Michigan Based anti-human trafficking organization. Additionally, she has been blessed to minister internationally in several
African countries and Paris, France. Renatta is passionate about helping others. Her desire is to come alongside those who are in transition and/or crisis.
